The SharePoint Administrator defines the content of the SharePoint list items. The screenshots shown below are examples of the types of content that can be found in the various list items. These can differ from system to system.
Note: Throughout this documentation, item means a list item of any list type.
Some properties on the Item Info panel may include more text than can be displayed due to space constraints on the page. In such cases, an ellipsis (...) appears at the end of the text line. Tap the text field to open a Quick Tip page that shows the full text.
To view item information:
Find the required item, and then tap its name.
The Item Info panel opens and displays the item specific details.
If the item has been saved offline, the offline status of the local copy is shown in the header below the item's title.
Tap a user name in any field (such as Created By, Modified By or Assignee) to view the Profile Info of that person.
Tap the Back icon () at the bottom left of the page to go back to the item panel.
Tap a document name (including attachments) to open it.
Tap the Attachment icon () to view or delete an attachment. The number of attachments is displayed next to the Attachment icon. You can also add an attachment to an item.
Use the Actions menu () to perform specific functions on the item.
Tap the Close icon () to close the item panel, and any subsequent pages you may have opened.
Task Info notes:
The task header displays this information:
If Start Date was defined, it is displayed.
When the task is 100% complete, 100% is displayed in green.
When the task is not 100% complete: If Due Date was defined, it is displayed, along with the number of days until the due date (in black) or the number of days that the task is overdue (in red).
Contact Info notes:
The Contact Info panel shows details of the contact as well as quick links to the contact's email, business and mobile phone numbers (when entered).
Tap an email address to send an email message to this person.
Tap a phone number to reach out to this person.
Issue Info notes:
The Due Date and Status of the issue are displayed at the top of the Issue Info panel for easy reference.
You can view and add comments to the Issue Info panel, but you cannot edit existing comments.
Link Info notes:
The Link Info panel displays details of the link. If the link is defined with a description, then the description name appears as the link title. Otherwise, the URL appears as the link title.
List item actions:
Use the commands in the Actions menu () as follows:
Tap Save to save the new item, or Cancel to cancel the operation.
Note: It is possible to create new list items in offline lists while you are offline. The items will be uploaded to SharePoint when you next go online.
To edit a SharePoint list item:
This feature does not apply to harmon.ie Mobile Lite.
Open the required SharePoint list and tap the desired item.
Tap the Actions menu (), and then tap Edit item
().
Tap Save to save your changes.

Tap Cancel to close the Edit Item panel without saving any changes.
Note: It is possible to edit offline list items while you are offline. The items will be uploaded to SharePoint when you next go online.
To edit item fields:
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
For date fields, select the required date from the date picker.
For single line text fields, enter the text as required. There are no options to format this text.
For some multi-line fields there is an option to format the text using the Rich Text Format bar.
Use the icons on this bar to Bold, Underline or Italicize your text, or to undo or redo actions.
For option lists tap the right arrow () and select the required option.
To delete a SharePoint list item:
Open the required SharePoint list and tap the desired item.
Tap the Actions menu (), and then tap Delete
().
Confirmation is required.
To navigate to a SharePoint list item's location:
Open the required SharePoint list and tap the desired item.
Tap the Actions menu () > Open Location (). The item's location page opens.

To view the breadcrumbs of the current location,
tap the breadcrumbs icon ().
Tap a location to browse to it.
To approve/reject items:
The Approve/Reject Action menu option only appears if the Content approval option has been set by the SharePoint administrator for the selected SharePoint library.
The selected approval status is shown on the Item Info page together with any comments added when selecting the required status.
Open the required SharePoint list and tap the desired item.
Tap the Actions menu () > Approve/Reject (). The Approve/Reject page opens.
Select the required approval status (Approve, Reject, or Pending).
(Optional) Enter a comment.
Tap Done. The Item Info page appears showing the updated approval status and any comments added.
To view an attachment:
Open the required SharePoint list and select the desired item.
