harmon.ie allows you to easily capture, classify and find emails and documents.
Here’s a short video on how it’s done.
In the harmon.ie email sidebar, on the right, you can see your SharePoint sites, Teams, and OneDrive.
When an email arrives in your inbox, simply drag and drop it into harmon.ie.
If there are required metadata, harmon.ie prompts you to fill them in.
Complete the missing information and click Save.
That’s it, your email is now stored on SharePoint in the location to which you dragged it.
Storing document attachments is just as simple.
When you need to find a document, simply search for it in the search bar.
