harmon.ie, the world’s first user experience platform driving Office 365 and SharePoint adoption in the enterprise, today announced its 2018 results, led by an 85% growth in sales and 251 new customers, including Porsche, Bosch, and Gulfstream.

Employees today are often overburdened with an abundance of information coming from endless apps and tools prevalent in the enterprise. This leads to inefficiencies, work disruptions and ultimately, employee discontent. harmon.ie’s topic driven approach enables people to categorize information in a natural and logical way that doesn’t disrupt workflow and leads to greater Digital workplace productivity.

In addition to rapid growth, harmon.ie’s 2018 results also included a successful employee buyout from previous investors. With the company now wholly-owned by employees, harmon.ie can focus on providing the best service possible to its more than 1,600 customers, as well as establish appropriate long-term growth and expansion targets for the company.

“harmon.ie is 100% focused on building a user experience platform that puts knowledge workers, and not technology, at the center of the Digital Workplace – this mission is what drives us each and every day,” said harmon.ie CEO Yaacov Cohen. “In order to continue in our mission, we felt it was critical that we free ourselves of the traditional hyper growth-focused VC model and instead set our targets on long-term sustainability which we have achieved with our employee buyout.”

Some additional highlights of the results include:

  • New harmon.ie customers include, Warner Music Group, Caritas, GOV.UK, and Canada’s Department of Justice, Porsche, Bosch and Gulfstream
