Manage Microsoft 365 documents
Note: The harmon.ie App for Outlook (OWA) and supporting services was discontinued in September 2024. Switch now to New harmon.ie.
- Launch the harmon.ie App add-in.
- Navigate through your SharePoint, OneDrive, or Teams location, or search for documents using the search bar.
- Click the More icon () next to the document you want to access, and select one of the following:
- Open in Browser/Word/Excel/PowerPoint to view and edit the document locally.
- Open in Word/Excel/PowerPoint Online to view and edit the document online.
- Compose Email with Link to create a new email and include a link to the document in it.
- Reply with Link to reply to the currently selected email with a link to the document in the message body.
- Add as Link to add a link to the document to an outgoing email message.
- Add as Attachment to attach the document to an outgoing email message.
- Edit Properties to edit your document properties.
- Delete to delete the document.
