Re: Assignment of your Reseller Agreement with harmon.ie (the “Agreement”)

We would like to inform you of an internal change within the harmon.ie group. Effective December 24, 2025, the Agreement has been assigned from harmon.ie Corporation to harmon.ie NXT Corp.

What this means for you:
harmon.ie NXT Corp. is taking over the Agreement you currently have with harmon.ie Corporation, and consequently, you will become a Partner of harmon.ie NXT Corp. on the same terms that you have with harmon.ie Corporation today.
From an operational perspective, there are no changes to the way we work together today. Your points of contact, commercial terms, and the harmon.ie products and services you receive remain the same.

Actions needed from you:
Please update your internal vendor/procurement records so that all new purchase orders are issued to:
