A Bullish 2022 for harmon.ie Builds on Extraordinary 2021 Momentum

COVID may be over (or close to it), but that doesn’t mean work patterns are going back to pre-pandemic ‘business as usual.’ Not even close. The technology investments made by companies over the last two years to enable remote work through collaboration, have been successful far beyond expectations. Businesses continued to thrive, with a marked uptick in productivity.

2021 – Another Banner Year for harmon.ie

The need to empower collaborative remote workplace drove harmon.ie’s success in 2021. Organizations worldwide flocked to harmon.ie for easy-to-use collaboration tools to keep workers in sync and productive.

harmon.ie’s recent success is spotlighted by the following milestones reached during last year:

  • The addition of 132 new enterprise customers and the expansion of deployments at existing customers. New and expanded deployments occurred at companies such as Allianz, EY, Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), Deloitte, Etat de Geneve, and Porsche, to name just a few.
  • An increase in customer retention rate from 89% to 96%
  • Additionally, the move to a product-led growth (PLG) business strategy generated a 280% increase in free cash flow (FCF) over the previous reporting interval.

2022 – New Collaboration Products for a New Collaborative Workplace

The new ability to work from home also had a positive impact on worker satisfaction. According to a recent workplace survey of future workplace trends by "future forum", 95% of knowledge workers want schedule flexibility and 78% want location flexibility going forward. That means businesses will continue to support and even expand their remote/hybrid digital workplaces.

With the growing need for remote collaboration tools, harmon.ie is leveraging its 2021 success to fuel bullish plans for 2022. During the coming year, we will be growing the company by extending our product line with novel products for remote business workers. These new products will leverage harmon.ie’s proven expertise in solving complex collaboration processes for knowledge workers, without requiring them to learn new processes or tools.

“The last two years have been banner years for harmon.ie,” said Yaacov Cohen, harmon.ie founder and CEO. “During this time, we have helped leading organizations adapt and thrive in their new remote work environments. That is why we are so excited about 2022; we are focusing on a new generation of products to empower business workers to thrive in the new digital workplace.”
