Automatically Save Emails from a Sender to Microsoft 365 with New harmon.ie

Some people send you emails you always need to keep, like a client, a vendor, or a partner on a project. With New harmon.ie, you can create rules to save emails from specific senders to a SharePoint or Teams location automatically. Let’s take a look at how it works.

Drag and drop an email from the sender onto a SharePoint, Teams, or OneDrive location in harmon.ie to save it.

When the email is saved, a notification appears. Open the rule type list next to Auto-saves to, select the sender’s name, then click Create rule.

That’s it. From now on, every new email from this sender is saved to the same location automatically, and categorized in your inbox, so you can see at a glance that it was saved. Emails from other senders aren’t affected.

With the New harmon.ie Desktop app running, your automation rules run on a schedule, saving your emails even when Outlook is closed.
