If you organize your email in Outlook folders, you know the catch. Those emails stay in your mailbox, where your team can’t see them, far from the rest of the project files. With New harmon.ie, you can save a whole Outlook folder to SharePoint, Teams, or OneDrive in one action, and keep it saving as new emails arrive. Let’s see how it works.
In harmon.ie, open the SharePoint, Teams, or OneDrive location where the emails belong. Click New, then select Save Outlook folder.
harmon.ie lists the folders in your mailbox. Select the folder you want to save.
Now, turn on Keep saving new emails. This creates an automation rule, so every email that arrives in this folder from now on is saved to the same location, with no extra steps.
Click Copy emails to keep the emails in Outlook as well. If you’d rather clear them out of your mailbox, click Move emails instead, and the Outlook copies move to Deleted Items.
harmon.ie creates a folder with the same name in the location and saves every email into it. Subfolders come along too, so the structure stays exactly as you had it in Outlook.
Double-click the new folder to see your emails, stored alongside related project files and ready for your team to access anytime.
From now on, just keep filing email the way you always do. When a new email is moved to that Outlook folder, harmon.ie saves it to Microsoft 365 automatically. To keep your rules running even when Outlook is closed, keep the New harmon.ie Desktop app running.
