No. harmon.ie is licensed per user and not per device, so you would not have to buy another license if you want to install harmon.ie on more than one personal device.

Is support included in the harmon.ie license?

Yes. Our support site includes extensive sets of user guides, admin guides, training videos, troubleshooting and FAQs.

Is harmon.ie trial available for teams or only for individuals?

Yes. harmon.ie trial is available for teams. To try New harmon.ie, fill the free-trial form then invite your team to get New harmon.ie from Microsoft Marketplace.

Does harmon.ie have access to our emails and documents?

No. Never. Your emails and documents remain in your Microsoft tenant. The harmon.ie app connects directly to your Microsoft 365 tenant or SharePoint on-premises server. There are no harmon.ie backend/server components.

How secure is harmon.ie?

harmon.ie is designed for security. harmon.ie operates entirely on the client side, meaning it does not rely on any harmon.ie SaaS, backend, or external servers. Instead, harmon.ie’s add-ins connect directly to your existing infrastructure, ensuring that data remains within your organization’s control without ever leaving your tenant.

harmon.ie is ISO 27001 certified. New harmon.ie has completed Microsoft 365 App Compliance Program Publisher Attestation and is available on Microsoft Marketplace. harmon.ie also supports GDPR requirements and Microsoft GCC (US Government Community Cloud) environments.
