Today’s information workers are inundated with tools meant to help them do their jobs better, but they end up spending too much time manipulating the tools rather than focusing on work. harmon.ie intends to put the human back at the center of the workplace, making technology work the way people think.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our latest generation topic computing solution, Collage™ for Dynamics 365. Leveraging our Collage technology, which employs natural language processing and machine learning to uncover and associate topics across multiple apps, Collage for Dynamics 365 empowers personnel to focus on key opportunities and accounts without being overwhelmed with notifications from disconnected apps like email, Zendesk, Office 365, SharePoint, Yammer, IBM Connections, and now Dynamics 365.

On August 15th, we will be presenting a webinar where you can learn how Dynamics 365 users gain a host of benefits from the harmon.ie integration by connecting enterprise apps and organizing information by topics in a single window.

Timing is Everything

The launch of Collage couldn’t come at a better time. The U.S. productivity crisis is real, and it has major financial consequences. Gallup reports that 16 percent of workers are disengaged. The cost of that behavior is costing us somewhere between $483 billion and $605 billion a year in lost productivity. That’s a huge number, but it’s less surprising when you consider that average enterprise workers use upwards of 900 cloud services to get work done.

The bottom line is workers are drowning in a sea of information that’s only valuable if they’re able to find what they need quickly and easily the moment they need it. Business apps that have promised to help with productivity are multiplying, making it even harder to piece together what’s relevant and what’s not. Topic computing is the only viable approach to solving this challenge, using artificial intelligence in a practical way to deliver information in a human-centric manner; the way the brain works.
