Roy Sheinfeld

Roy Sheinfeld is co-founder and harmon.ie’s Chief Technology Officer. Previously, Sheinfeld served as Vice President of R&D and Director of Product Management, responsible for defining and managing harmon.ie and Mainsoft product requirements and specifications.

Before joining harmon.ie, Sheinfeld worked as a team leader and developer at Sela Software Labs, building products and solutions in different platforms such as .NET Framework, Java and Object-Oriented C++.

David Lavenda

David Lavenda
Co-founder and Vice President of Marketing and Product Strategy

David is a veteran high-tech marketing and product strategy executive. After completing a undergraduate degree in Physics, advanced studies in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA in Marketing, David co-founded Business Layers, an identity management company, serving as VP Marketing and Product Strategy from its inception until the company's successful sale.  Since then, David has held similar executive positions at V-Secure and WorkLight.

David is a regular contributor to Fast Company and CMSwire; he has also been published in the Financial Times, Business Week, Entrepreneur and other leading press outlets.  David has recently completed a graduate degree in Science, Technology, and Society (STS), investigating how information overload in organizations has evolved since the introduction of email.  David is also an International Scholar for the Society for the History of Technology.

Kobi Carlebach

Kobi Carlebach brings more than 15 years of financial and management experience to harmon.ie. Prior to joining harmon.ie, Kobi served as CFO of Voyager Analytics, a provider of big data analytics in social networks. Kobi also served as VP Business Control and Operations at Perion (formerly Conduit, Nasdaq: PERI), a leading Israeli Internet company. Before that, Kobi worked at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), in various corporate and divisional roles. Prior to that, Kobi worked as an Audit Manager at PwC.

Mr. Carlebach holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Economics, and an MBA in Financing-Accounting and Technology Information Systems, both with high honors from Tel Aviv University. He is also a certified public accountant.

Ran Shribman

General Manager and Vice President of Sales, EMEA

Ran brings to harmon.ie over 15 years’ experience in sales and sales management of Enterprise Software Solutions, developing business from scratch both in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Recently he held senior sales positions at ActionBase Software Solutions, WorkLight Inc and Cognitens. Prior to this, Ran held various roles at Dassault Systems’, including VP Sales where he was responsible for sales globally of the SmarTeam business.

Rebecca Fishman

Rebecca’s goal is to help people grow through positive change, by working with them to create a clear vision for development.

Rebecca previously pursued an acting career, appearing on television, and in film and theatre productions. followed by a successful career in the highly demanding environment of media sales. Rebecca is dedicated to helping people in their quest to feel truly alive, competent, happy, resilient and loving.

Ron Johnsen

Ron Johnsen is a veteran in the high technology industry. He is responsible for driving harmon.ie's customer-centric methodology by building a world-class customer services organization and working with our customers to define best-practices to ensure their successful implementations of harmon.ie.

Since joining harmon.ie in 1999 as a Technical Account Manager, Ron advanced to harmon.ie's Director of Services in January 2001. He became Vice President in April 2003. Prior to joining harmon.ie, Ron worked for Synopsys Corporation where he held several positions in Product Development, Technical Marketing and Application Engineering.

Gil Picovsky

Until the end of 2016 Gil headed the Technology Media & Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking practice at Cukierman & Co. - Investment House, a boutique IB focused on Europe & Asia, serving Israeli and international High-Tech clients. In this position, Gil addressed a wide range of business development & corporate finance situations, mostly for Israeli clients in their growth and international expansions; he also accompanied leading international corporations, corporate ventures & PE Funds in their quest for Israeli technology Investments and acquisitions. Prior to this position, Gil was involved in entrepreneurial and consultancy practices both in Israel and overseas. He has also held managerial positions in both the private and the public sectors. Gil is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School, a leading "Grande Ecole" in France. He is also a graduate of the US-Israel Innovation Bridge Leadership Program, at Irvine University (the Merage Institute).

Mr. Cukierman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments and serves as the Chairman of Cukierman & Co. Investment House. Since its establishment in 1993, Cukierman & Co. Investment House has been engaged in close to € 5.5 billion cross-border transactions across industries.
Prior to establishing and managing Catalyst Investments in 2000, Mr. Cukierman was the President and CEO of Astra Technological Investments, a Venture Capital Fund established in 1993, which was the first Israeli company to go public in Continental Europe.  Mr. Cukerman is a board member of Lamina Technologies which is based in Switzerland, Tufin technologies, and Dori Media Group.
Mr. Cukierman is the Founder of the GoforIsrael annual conference.

Mr. Farr specializes in implementing predictable corporate growth through strategic sales and development partnerships, while always keeping a customer-first perspective.
Mr Farr brings more than 30 years of experience spanning C-level executive leadership roles in marketing, sales, and engineering within the high-tech industry. Paul has held leadership positions at Kaseya, Skybox Security,  BMC Software, Netformx, Identify Software, McAfee/Intel Security, Network General, and AIM Technology.
Paul has served on the boards of Netformx and the Soho Broadway BID, a community based organization. He holds a BSE in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
