Working with Microsoft 365

Learn how to simplify the integration with Microsoft 365:

Launch the harmon.ie App add-in

  1. Click harmon.ie for Outlook to launch the add-in.
  2. – or –
    In the Outlook client only, click the Save to SharePoint (Save to SharePoint icon) icon in the harmon.ie ribbon-button.

  3. If prompted to Connect to Microsoft 365, click Connect and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Pin the add-in to Outlook by clicking the Pin icon (Pin icon).

To browse to a SharePoint location/document:

  • Click one of these locations:
      Recent: lets you select a location you recently uploaded to, or documents you recently worked with in Microsoft 365.
  • Pinned: lets you select a location you previously pinned.
  • Sites: lets you browse to a SharePoint location, or to your OneDrive. Click Manage Sites to add other SharePoint site collections. Check the required site collections and then click Done.
  • Teams: lets you browse through your Microsoft 365 Teams documents. Click Manage Teams to add other Teams.
  • Sites I’m Following: lets you browse to a location in a site you follow in SharePoint.
  • Click a location to view its content.
  • To return to the Locations main page from any location, click the Home icon (Home icon).
  • To search for locations/documents, click the Search icon (Search icon). harmon.ie App automatically suggests recent files. Type a name and click Enter to search by this name. Click the Clear icon (Clear icon) to clear the search text, or Exit search to close the search bar.
  • To sort the locations/documents, click the Sort icon (Sort icon) and select between Name, Modified, and Default (which sorts by the default sort order of the default SharePoint view).
  • To create a new SharePoint folder, click the New Folder icon ( ) and supply a name for the folder.
  • To refresh the current SharePoint location, click the Refresh icon (Refresh icon).
  • Click the Level Up icon (Level Up icon) to browse to the parent location.
