Working with Microsoft 365
Learn how to simplify the integration with Microsoft 365:
- Upload email messages and attachments to SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
- Add SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams documents to email messages.
- Manage Microsoft 365 documents.
Launch the harmon.ie App add-in
- Click harmon.ie for Outlook to launch the add-in.
- If prompted to Connect to Microsoft 365, click Connect and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Pin the add-in to Outlook by clicking the Pin icon ().

In the Outlook client only, click the Save to SharePoint () icon in the harmon.ie ribbon-button.
To browse to a SharePoint location/document:
- Click one of these locations:
- Recent: lets you select a location you recently uploaded to, or documents you recently worked with in Microsoft 365.
- Pinned: lets you select a location you previously pinned.
- Sites: lets you browse to a SharePoint location, or to your OneDrive. Click Manage Sites to add other SharePoint site collections. Check the required site collections and then click Done.
- Teams: lets you browse through your Microsoft 365 Teams documents. Click Manage Teams to add other Teams.
- Sites I’m Following: lets you browse to a location in a site you follow in SharePoint.
