Marketing Operations Manager -

Marketing Operation Manager is a leading enterprise collaboration software provider for the new workplace, with 1600+ customers around the world (including Next, the Government of Canada, Bosch, E&Y). has been a highly profitable company for the past three years and has been investing these profits to develop new collaboration products: Cloud and Collabria which will transform the company into a product-led-growth company. As a growing leader in the realm of productivity, we want to build an in-house marketing agency, starting with two essential roles: corporate content manager and marketing operations manager. Both will work with our COO and VP Growth to define marketing processes, own goals and directly affect revenue.

Our marketing operations manager should love the hands on, detailed tasks that go into managing various marketing tools. You should also have a profound B2B content background, understand the various positions in enterprises and corporations and how to segment them. We are looking for a person with a growth mindset, to develop and manage marketing channels for our two product lines, and work with our content manager to scale and grow our usage base.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Managing marketing automation and usage based campaigns
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to increase product usage and customer loyalty
  • Managing budgets and expenses to ensure they are within company guidelines
  • Coordinating with advertising agencies to create effective campaigns that meet business goals
  • Analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating webinars and other online events – manage these activities from start to end
  • Manage 2 websites for 2 brands on 2 different platforms – exciting times!

You will be responsible for the operations of all our marketing tools, including HubSpot, Intercom, Constant Contacts, Lemlist, Sanity, Wordpress, GoToWebinar, landing page creation and more.


  • At least 2 years’ experience with HubSpot management
  • Experience with Intercom and/or other usage-based marketing tools – an advantage
  • At least 5 years' experience in marketing roles at SaaS B2B companies
  • Exquisite English – A MUST
  • Strong ability to analyze markets, user behaviors and campaign performance
  • A deep understanding of the various roles in the enterprise world
  • Experience in PLG – a great advantage

Position is hybrid: 2 days a week from home and 3 from our Modiin offices
