Is there a way to shrink the icons and use a smaller font - it just looks so out of place with everything so big.

I agree with the original
I agree with the original post, the icons and folder labels are much larger than the rest of my outlook window text. Would like to be able to reduce the size of the folder icon and text to match if possible.
