Couple of questions:
Is there any way to upload JPG/Gif/Zip files within the harmon.ie toolbar?
Is there any way to set an option to have Google automatically convert PDF's to the google doc format?

Both are not yet supported. "Convert text from PDF and image files to Google documents" is not yet available via the Google Docs API.
