when i am draggin an email in Harmon i dont see the filling of the from and to fields. Have no idea what is going wrong but it looks to me that the content type of my email is not correct. I have added some screenshots with info.
Would you please do from your Outlook client:
Tools-> Account Settings ...
Double click on the account 'name' (Microsoft Exchange in my case)
Ask them to check option "Use Cached Exchange Mode" (restart outlook for safety)
