We're getting a Run Time Error when trying to run Harmon.ie in Outlook 2010 x86

The add-in looks like it installed correctly but when we try to enable it, it basically comes back with a runtime error.

Interestingly enough, this doesn't happen on other machines that also have Outlook 2010 x86 in our work place.

What is different about this particular computer is that it previously had Outlook 2007 with Harmon.ie installed (and was working there). This was then upgraded to Outlook 2010.
