Outlook 2010 crashes when merging mail

With harmon.ie active Outlook 2010 crashes when I try to merge mail form within another office program.
Example: I create a document with Publisher. I start mail merging and on sending the second mail Publisher restarts and Outlook hangs.
When I start OUtlook in safe mode, mail merge from Publisher proceeds normally.
After disabling both com addins of harmon.ie in Outlook, mail merge proceedes normally. After re-enabling harmon.ie mail merge fails again on the second message.

I use Office 2010 (32 bit) with Business Contact Manager on a Windows 7 (64 bit) PC. I also use Outlook social connector and Hotmail connector.
My primary email adress (whitch i use for mail merge) is an exchange address of Office 365.

In all other situations harmon.ie works fine for me. Although I can use this workaround when merging mails (is not a daily activity), I would appreciate if the problem could be solved.

Regards,

Harrie

Outlook 2010 crashes when merging mail

Hi Harrie,

Would you please let me know about the Harmon.ie version you are currently running?
Please check the output of "About ..." from our plugin, please make sure you are running version 3.1.0.xxxx.
If you are running a lower version please download the latest one from our web site then check again, if you are running version 3.1.0,xxxx I would like to troubleshoot this issue with you during a remote debugging session with Goto Meeting. Are you OK for such session? Can I know where you are based ?

Regards,

Hi Jean,

I am running version 3.1.0.4971.
I would be glad to help you troubleshooting the issue, but am not familiar with Goto Meeting. I'm living in The Netherlands.
What do you suggest?
