Outlook 2007 Crashes upon harmonie login

I have outlook 2007 and XP Pro SP3

When I open outlook and the username and password is saved in Harmonie outlook instantly crashed. I have deleted the config file, uninstalled, and reinstalled harmonie, rebooted the machine numerous times but same behavior occurs. This also occurs no matter what username/pass I put in (I have tried with different accounts)

Everything launches and works find even with Harmonie installed, but as soon as I enter my username/pass and hit login in the Harmonie window it's back to crashing instantly

In the event viewer for MS Office I get error 7003
ID: 6, Application Name: Microsoft Office Outlook, Application Version: 12.0.6423.1000, Microsoft Office Version: 12.0.6425.1000. This session was terminated unexpectedly.

In the event viewer for Applications I get error 1023
.NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.3603 - Fatal Execution Engine Error (7A09795E) (80131506)

Any help would be appriciated

Thanks in advance

Outlook 2007 Crashes upon harmonie login

Hello chattech,

Does the crash occur also when you launch Outlook after deleting the config file, and enter the username/password? Or is it only happening when you save the credentials, quit Outlook and then run it again?

Please also supply the harmon.ie log file (http://harmon.ie/harmonie-googledocs-doc/troubleshooting) so we can see what caused the crash.
It would also be very helpful if you can change the logging to "Debug", by finding the harmonie.log4net file at "c:\Program Files\Mainsoft\Harmonie for Google Docs\bin\resources" (It might be in "Program Files (x86)" if you are running office 32 bit on x64 OS), and changing root level value from "Info" to "Debug".

Additional info

I reinstalled Outlook on the computer having problems and it's still an issue. The stil logs pretty much resemble the above attached. I've updated and patched windows and am only running the basic office software on the computer. I've got Harmonie working on a machine with an almost identical setup.

RE:

Thanks for the quick reply, I'll be able to get those log files this evening.

The behavior only occurs if I have saved the credentials, or if I haven't saved them Outlook will crash as soon as they are entered.
Otherwise if I delete the config file Outlook will function normally until I enter my login info in Harmonie.
