Help

I sent an email to a number of recipients with a number of links from goggle docs. The email seem to send but also sent individual emails with links to each shared doc. This was a total of 21 emails sent to each receipt.

Why did this happen as it never occurred with any of my test messages.

Unfortunately, when we use

Unfortunately, when we use Google API to share a document with a recipients, Google sends an additional e-mail notifying the recipient that a Google document was shared with him.
Currently, we have no control on this annoying behavior. This is a change that was recently made to the Google infrastructure, and we're hoping that Google will address it soon.
