After installing the free download link onto my Win7/64bit machine, running Office 2010 Pro 32 bit, Harmonie hangs at the Loading Harmon.ie screen perpetually.

Hi,
Would you please try the following:
-Stop Outlook
-Manually delete directory C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Mainsoft\Harmony
-Start Outlook
If it does not help, please zip and attach the new created Harmony directory
