Hi

We have several users in our organisation using Harmon.ie however rescently they have been complaining about their sharepoint configuration data resets.
This means they have to retype the sharepoint site within Harmon.ie but worse is it also resets the metadata (e-mail header mappings) we have configured.

We're very depended on the metadata being correct and we can not except the users to be able to configure the metadate by themselves.

The resets have occured around 2 or 3 times for approx 40% of the users since christmas and in this time we have not been updating either Windows nor Office.

Outlook 2010 32bit

If anyone has any ideas to what the problem might be, the help will be much appreciated.
