Google Apps Sync issue

Hi Guys,

Great product! Exactly what my customers are after.

Just started testing and came across an error....

Installed Outlook 2010 then Google Apps sync (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gappssync). Tested all ok. Google account synchronising 100%.

Installed harmon.ie then opened outlook.

Get the following message:

Cannot open your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has occured. MAPI was unable to load the information service gsync.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

then outlook closes.

Has harmon.ie broken google apps sync?

update

Ive recreated the google apps sync in a second profile and everything works 100% together.

Looks like harmon.ie does break google apps sync.

Can you guys confirm this?

We test harmon.ie with Google

We test harmon.ie with Google App Sync.
There are no known issues with running harmon.ie together with Google App Sync.
Please try to install the App Sync again, and if the problem persists contact support@harmon.ie.

There is always a first time isnt there?

Of course reinstalling Apps sync fixes it. I already mentioned it.

Thats not the point.

Maybe I'll get a better response from support?

There's no premium support

There's no premium support for the free version.
You asked us to confirm that harmon.ie breaks Google App Sync - and the answer (as far as we know) is no.

If you manage to workaround your problems - that's great.

We hope you enjoy using our product.
