I just downloaded the free harmon.ie and when I load it and then access it from Outlook, it just hangs there and loads forever. I have attempted to uninstall, install, along with reboots to no avail - can someone help, please?

Do you have a solution for this? I have the same issue. I've tried to download and reinstall and the same thing happens. Harmon.ie just continues to load.

What version of harmon.ie did you install?
Please attach the output of "About ..." from our plugin, or pick the installed version from Control Panel, Add/remove program and select harmon.ie (you should see the version installed). I will define the next steps when knowing the version you have installed.
Could you please also zip send me at jeanb@harmon.ie our Harmony directory under %appdata%\Mainsoft
