I am running Windows XP SP3 and had windows installer v3.01 when I first received the error. I tried updating the installer to V 4.5.6001.22159 to no avail. Attached are the two errors that I am receiving. Any help would be much appreciated.

I did a fresh install of Win 7 x64 and harmon.ie installed just fine. I'm still kind of bummed I couldn't get it to install before I changed to Win 7.
It seems I posted the same error twice. Here is the error that comes up first and is different from the two in my first post.
The machine meets the requirements for Harmon.ie it has Office 2007 sp2 as I meneitoned earlier Windows XP sp3 and .net 2.0 or later.
