We get a pop-up when we move an email from Outlook to SharePoint with Harmon.ie that already exists in SharePoint. This pop-up gives us the choice to overwrite the existing email or to create a new copy.

But we want to avoid that users can overwrite emails in SharePoint with Harmon.ie.

As a first test we disabled the 'Edit' rights in SharePoint for these users, but now they can no longer move emails to SharePoint with their metadata.
Any suggestions?
