drag and drop mails versus registration in the mail

Hi support,

when you open a mail and use the "save message" button to register the mail, it automatically fills in the Categories field with the following text : '[SharePoint] You saved this message in ....'

But when you drag and drop the mail in harmon.ie it doesn't add this message. Is this normal behaviour? (I'm using the free version)

Yes, this is the expected behavior.

You hit a technical limitation here: there's no way to mark the original e-mail via the drag-n-drop.
