Cannot see folders or files

Hi,
We are a google docs enterprise user.

I have uploaded a huge amount of files to google docs and am commencing the journey of having everything on google docs and nothing local. This tool will help with that journey.

The problem is that I am unable to view the previously uploaded folders and files in harmon.ie
I am able to see the files that I have recently saved, but not the original files that I have saved in Google docs about 2 weeks ago.

I generally work on a 3 level folder structure.
I can see the the level 1 and level 2 folders but none of their files. I am not able to see any level 3 folders, or any of their files.

About your problem

Hi,

I'd like to troubleshoot this issue with you during a remote debugging session with Goto meeting.
Is it possible to schedule it early next week in the morning (eastern time)
