    • Yes. harmon.ie uses the built-in search engine of Google Docs.
  • Can I access Google Docs documents offline?
    • No, to access documents, harmon.ie requires Internet connectivity with the document server.

Troubleshooting

  • I am having problems with harmon.ie. How can I get Help?
    • The harmon.ie discussion forums are a great place to go if you get stuck. Our community of users and the harmon.ie development team can provide assistance.
  • Why can’t I open a Google Docs link that I sent to people outside my Google Apps domain?
    • Google Docs uses different links to the same shared document, depending on whether you are accessing it from a free Google account or a paid Google Apps account. If you send a document link to someone outside your domain, the link is automatically modified so that the recipient can open it from their email. This makes the link in your Sent Items folder work for the recipient, but not for you. However, you can still see and access your document from the sidebar and from Google Docs on the web.
