No server install. harmon.ie connects to the SharePoint server wherever it is; on premise or in the cloud. harmon.ie is a client-side application; users authenticate against SharePoint using their Windows credentials, custom credentials or browser side authentication.
Office 365 Support. harmon.ie's supports Microsoft Office 365, including browser side authentication.
Office Web Apps Support. harmon.ie supports Office Web Apps. The appropriate web app (of the associated file type) is used when users author or view documents.
