Chairman of the Board

Mr. Shamir is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments and the Chairman of IAI, Israeli Aerospace Industries. He was Chairman of El Al, Israeli Airlines and led the privatization process of the firm. Mr. Shamir also served as the Chairman and CEO of VCON Telecommunications Ltd, as the executive vice president of the Challenge Fund-Etgar L.P., as the CEO of Elite Food Industries and as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Scitex Corporation, Ltd.

Mr. Shamir served in the Israeli Air Force as a pilot and commander and attained the rank of colonel. He holds a B.Sc. Electronics Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Currently, Mr. Shamir serves as a director of DSP Group Corporation and also serves as director of few private hi-tech companies.

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Yaacov Cohen is Co-Founder and CEO of harmon.ie (previously known as Mainsoft) since 1999. A collaboration visionary, he believes in keeping it human. Technology needs to enhance our human interactions, not consume them. Yaacov and his team have eloquently combined human interaction and technology with harmon.ie, which transforms email into a collaboration console.

Prior to joining harmon.ie, he served as a Software Engineer at the Israeli Navy Computer Center. Yaacov graduated Cum Laude from the Technion Israeli Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering.

General Manager and Vice President of Sales, EMEA

Ran brings to harmon.ie over 15 years’ experience in sales and sales management of Enterprise Software Solutions, developing business from scratch both in Europe and Asia Pacific. Recently he held senior sales positions at ActionBase Software Solutions, WorkLight Inc and Cognitens. Prior to this, Ran held various roles at Dassault Systems’, including VP Sales where he was responsible for sales globally of the SmarTeam business.

General Manager and Vice President of Sales, Americas

Mark Fidelman's experience includes more than two decades of technology sales and marketing with organizations including A.T. Kearney, EDS, CT Space and Autodesk, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Sales and Customer Success with enterprise social knowledge base provider MindTouch, Inc. He is also a contributing writer to multiple publications, including Business Insider and Technorati and holds a patent on a system for tracking mobile electronic loyalty cards.

Vice President of Marketing and Product Strategy

For the past 20 years, David has served as an executive for a number of high-tech companies. After completing a undergraduate degree in Physics, advanced studies in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA in Marketing, David co-founded Business Layers, an identity management company, serving as VP Marketing and Product Strategy from its inception until the company's successful sale five years later. Additional stints as VP of Marketing and Product Strategy for several successful high-tech companies followed.

David is a frequent contributor to Fast Company. He is pursuing a doctorate in Science, Technology, and Society, focusing his on the research on information overload. He is also an International Scholar for the Society for the History of Technology.

Vice President of Professional Services

Ron Johnsen serves as harmon.ie's Vice President of Professional Services, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the high technology industry. He is responsible for driving harmon.ie's customer-centric methodology by building a world-class customer services organization and expanding its consulting services business.

Since joining harmon.ie in 1999 as a Technical Account Manager, Johnsen advanced from Technical Account Manager to harmon.ie's Director of Services in January 2001. He became Vice President in April 2003. Prior to joining harmon.ie, Johnsen worked for Synopsys Corporation where he held several positions in Product Development, Technical Marketing and Application Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and a Masters degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach.

Co-founder and Vice President, Research and Development

Roy Sheinfeld is co-founder and Vice President of Research and Development. Earlier, Sheinfeld served as Director of Product Management, responsible for defining harmon.ie for SharePoint and WebShere portal product requirements and specifications.

Before joining harmon.ie, Sheinfeld worked as a team leader and developer at Sela Software Labs, building products and solutions in different platforms such as .NET Framework, Java and Object-Oriented C++.

Vice President, Technology

Eyal Alaluf is harmon.ie's Vice President of Technology, a position he has held since January 2000. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Alaluf oversees the development team behind harmon.ie's cross-platform product suite. Since joining harmon.ie in 1994 as the company's first Senior Developer, he has risen steadily through the ranks. Alaluf became the company's Chief Engineer before his promotion to his current position.

After graduating with dual degrees in mathematics and computer science from the Hebrew University in Israel, Alaluf joined the Israel Defense Forces and worked as a software developer in the Israeli Navy where he was involved in creating advanced technologies and research.

Vice President of Human Resources

Prior to joining harmon.ie, Sari served for 20 years in senior and executive Human Resource positions in Intel Corporation, ranging from Training Manager, Organizational Development Consultant and Human Resources Manager. She has over 15 years experience managing teams in global organizations together with unique expertise in mergers and acquisitions. Sari specializes in change and transition, building solid HR infrastructure at all levels and believes that HR is all about putting the human into the resource.

VP Finance and Operation

Moshe Ziberski joined harmon.ie in 2011 as harmon.ie VP Finance and Operation.

Moshe is responsible for all worldwide financial and operation management including business planning, legal affairs, reporting, financial and risk management, Global IT and logistics.

Prior to joining harmon.ie in 2011, Mr. Ziberski was International Finance Director at Retalix, a leading provider of software products and services for large retailers. Before joining Retalix Moshe served among other senior positions as Corporate Finance Director in Magic Software Enterprises an international Israeli based software leading provider.

Mr. Ziberski holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Ruppin Academic Center and MBA from the College of Management in Israel.
