Inside Sales Manager - US

harmon.ie is looking for Inside Sales Manager to join our North America Team in Boston.

Position and Opportunity Overview

The Inside Sales Manager’s primary duties involve:

  1. Preparing target accounts for transition to outside sales by:
    • Identifying and nurturing key contacts, including harmon.ie business users, promoters, SharePoint owners, strategic initiative owners, and champions.
    • Building harmon.ie freemium community to validate harmon.ie solution, increase enterprise visibility, and gain access to key IT and LOB contacts.
    • Using harmon.ie resources to stoke curiosity, build value, establish credibility, and provide value clarity around organizational challenges.
    • Setup and attending handoff meeting with champion, set right expectations, and assessment agenda.
  2. Manage account handoff by reviewing account status, key players, strategic initiatives, etc. with outsides sales before and after handoff meeting to ensure smooth transition.
  3. Selling harmon.ie into SMB accounts (up to 1000 employees)

Responsibilities

  • Learn harmon.ie’s sales methodology, processes and become harmon.ie certified and able to proficiently demonstrate our solutions and articulate our business propositions
  • Work closely with the outside sales team to engage and pursue enterprise opportunities, meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Engaging with SMB prospects from incoming leads through to closed sales, getting technical sales involved in the sales process when required.
  • Follow up on sales ready freemium and traditional leads generated via company marketing programs.
  • Work independently and with account managers to identify key decision-makers, develop viable prospects and penetrate accounts.
  • Engage with partners and reseller channel during the sales process.
  • Attend sales group meetings, contributing on issues related to sales targets or forecasts.
  • Emphasize service, product features and benefits.
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Regional Sales Manager/Enterprise Sales Manager.
  • Capture of accurate and complete information in Salesforce.

Requirements

harmon.ie seeks a highly motivated enterprise software sales professional for this critical role. Key requirements include:

  • 2-4 years enterprise software sales is a must
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to follow a sales process and methodology.
  • Excellent telephone sales personality.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales automation tools.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Highly energetic self-starter.
  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
  • Honest, assertive and systematic.

Mobile Software Developer

Position and Opportunity Overview

harmon.ie is looking for Software Developer to participate in the development of our harmon.ie mobile product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement features within the product with guideline from team leader
  • Solving bugs in product
  • Deep understanding of the product: its use cases, its workings and integrate with many not-well-documented 3rd party components.

Requirements

Technical knowledge:

  • Must have:
    • At least 5 year overall experience with 2 year experience in mobile
    • Html5/Java script
    • Java or Objective C
  • Advantage:
    • Senchatouch
    • Phonegap/cordova
    • C# development
    • BB 10
  • Deep understanding of the technologies in their area of expertise
  • Preferably BSC in computer science.
  • Deep understanding of the projects they have done.
  • Someone who understands why what they did works, and considers alternatives to the path they have chosen.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems on their own.

General profile:

  • Ability to learn new things and deal with our complex environment and tasks.
