The Inside Sales Account Development’s primary duties involve:

  1. Preparing target accounts for transition to outside sales by:

App QA Tester

Position and Opportunity Overview

QA tester to participate in the development of Harmon.ie for Lotus Notes, Outlook and Mobile.

Requirements

General

  • At least 3 years of experience as a QA tester.
  • Experience in testing desktop and mobile applications
  • Familiar with testing documents
  • Experience in SharePoint – advantage

Technical knowledge:

  • Experience with manual test execution in conjunction with test procedures writing
  • Experience with functional, UI, acceptance and performance testing
  • Design test plans for new or changed functionality.
  • Mobile application testing

Software developer to participate in the development of our harmon.ie product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement features within the product with guideline from team leader
  • Solving bugs in product
  • Deep understanding of the product: its use cases, its workings and integrate with many not-well-documented 3rd party components.

Requirements

Technical knowledge:

  • Must have:
    • Experienced as either a Java or .NET client side programmer
    • Proven solid experience in 2 of the following: C#, C++/Win32, Java.
    • 3-4 years’ experience
  • Advantage:
    • Eclipse/RCP
    • Win32
  • Deep understanding of the technologies in their area of expertise
  • Preferably BSC in computer science but not a must

The Inside Sales Manager’s primary duties involve:

  1. Preparing target accounts for transition to outside sales by:
    • Identifying and nurturing key contacts, including harmon.ie business users, promoters, SharePoint owners, strategic initiative owners, and champions.

Internet Marketing Coordinator

Position and Opportunity Overview

The Internet Marketing Coordinator is a full-time position in the Marketing department responsible for the coordination and execution of online marketing and email campaigns, execution and management of marketing automation and nurturing programs, planning and executing webinars, managing and maintaining lead entry, and content management. The Internet Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development, coordination and execution of online marketing initiatives.

The Internet Marketing Coordinator should be a motivated self-starter, who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment – which means wearing many hats, being able to change direction quickly, and showing an eagerness to learn new skills, techniques and technologies as the need arises. In this role, you will work with collaborative teams – so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also a must.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of initiatives in the online marketing plan.
  • Coordinate implementation and application of all product information and online content for websites including events, press releases, news, webinars, resources and content pages.
  • Learn and perform all functionalities of website content management platform.
  • Implement SEO techniques across applicable online materials.
  • Assist in tracking and execution of maintenance to keywords, page titles and descriptions for SEO.
  • Support the Marketing Managers in the creation of marketing assets, including promotions, e-mail campaigns and landing pages.
  • Diligently proof all marketing materials to ensure 100% accuracy before they are published.

Requirements
